“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”

Meet Your Guides—
Liz Allison is an internationally recognized mural artist and entrepreneur whose work has transformed homes and spaces around the globe. Known for her timeless, painterly style and love of beauty, Liz believes creativity is one of God's gifts for restoring the soul.
In addition to her work as an artist, Liz is a certified spiritual director, having spent two years training in the sacred practice of listening, discernment, and accompanying others in their spiritual journeys. Through years of painting, travel, and walking alongside women, she began to imagine a space where creativity and spiritual formation could exist together.
Creative Soul Care was born from that vision.
Modern research increasingly suggests that creative practices can help reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and support the brain's natural capacity for restoration. Combined with ancient Christian practices such as Lectio Divina, silence, prayer, and spiritual direction, these retreats are designed to create space for women to slow down, reconnect with God, and rediscover the joy of making.
The travel logistic queen Elizabeth Casement is the Studio Manager for Liz Allison Studio. With a master's degree in Art History and a gift for thoughtful planning, Elizabeth oversees the behind-the-scenes details that allow each retreat to unfold with excellence and ease. Her love of art, travel, and meaningful hospitality helps create an experience that feels both seamless and deeply personal.
Also serving on the Creative Soul Care team is Natalie Myers, an accomplished artist whose warmth and attentiveness help every guest feel welcomed. Natalie has a remarkable gift for hospitality, creating beautiful moments through thoughtfully prepared tables, shared meals, authentic conversation, and creative encouragement. Her presence helps foster the sense of belonging that lies at the heart of every retreat.
Together, Liz and her team have thoughtfully crafted an intimate retreat experience where beauty, creativity, and spiritual formation come together, inviting all types of women to rest, create, and encounter God in fresh and meaningful ways.
